Job Description

The Sponsorship Assistant assists the Sponsorship Managers in charge of partnerships, in setting up these sponsorships. He/she will contribute to the execution of the associated marketing and communication action plan. The Sponsorship Assistant will work in close collaboration with the various partners, communication agencies as well as with internal teams to ensure the proper implementation of sponsorship rights and campaigns.

• Monitor the implementation of the partner device activation strategy.
• Build a strategic calendar of activation campaigns and sponsoring content.
• Coordinate the activation plan with the partners on a daily basis.
• Coordinate partner activations with the various internal departments (Marketing, Communication, Digital, Brands, regional relays, etc.).
• Ensure the daily relationship with the various agencies.
• Ensure tracking and follow-up of the effectiveness and impact of the various activations.

Qualifications

• You have already had the responsibility of implementing activation/marketing/communication campaigns
• You are a good communicator and you know how to support different types of partners
• You are rigorous and able to manage projects and their associated budgets.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic and multicultural environment
• You like teamwork.
• You have fluent English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge or first experience of sports/entertainment marketing would be a plus
