EVENT ASSISTANT – PROJECT COORDINATOR

LMEM is a subsidiary of the Automobile Club de L’Ouest, creator and organizer of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. LMEM specializes in organizing automobile championships around the world, including the FIA World Endurance Championship, the European Le Mans Series (ELMS), the Michelin Le Mans Cup (MLMC) and the Ligier European Series (LES).
Job Description
Based in the Le Mans office, you will join the European team (ELMS, MLMC and LES) and support the development and organization of the logistics center during the events of the 2023 season.
Your missions
• Assist in planning and booking team travel (transfers and accommodations),
• Assist in the operational management of the VIP boxes on each circuit (partners and team guests),
• Manage the organization and implementation of the official catering for the event (room, furniture, planning, etc.),
• Follow-up of the supply, distribution and management of the stock of the team’s official outfits,
• Adapt to the organizational challenges of the ELMS,
• Make the budget follow-up of the files.
Depending on the skills of the candidate, other responsibilities may be entrusted to him/her.
