Sagcom is an event agency specializing in professional meetings through sport. Our sporting events, mainly centered around Golf, Karting and Motorsport, are exclusively reserved for professionals in the Retail, Out-of-Home Catering and Real Estate sectors.
We design tailor-made and prestigious annual meetings allowing our clients to develop a professional network in a sporty and friendly atmosphere.
YOUR MISSIONS
You are responsible for assisting project managers on the various sporting events organized by the agency (golf, karting, motorsport, 24h of Le Mans, team building and Funyo championships) from preparation to implementation.
You are proactive in the organization of events and the missions entrusted to you.
– Participate in the logistical preparation of events
– Ensure the relationship with suppliers and service providers
– Develop new animations
– Management of IT monitoring, administrative management of operations and budgets
– Ensuring customer relations
– Manage the implementation, monitoring and control of operations
– Operational assistance (installation of equipment, follow-up of deliveries, promotion of partner products, etc.)
– Balance sheets and reports of operations
REQUIRED PROFILE
Student in management and sports events, communication, marketing from Bac +3 to Bac +5
Dynamic, curious, reactive, rigorous, motivated and autonomous
Computer proficiency (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
Be an m/f in the field and customer contacts
Attentive, motivated by teamwork and initiative
Fluency in English is a plus
