Impressive images: a whale with a fairly rare deformity (VIDEO)

Off Cullera, the 17-meter-long animal sometimes looks like a snake, its body is so “broken” in two. He suffers from a severe malformation in the spine.

Seen by fishermen, the whale was then analyzed by the coast guards of the region. Given his condition, the sailors thought he was trapped in a fishing net. But it was scoliosis that was the cause of the animal’s shape.
