Denmark hosts the Badminton World Cup when the tournament takes place in the Royal Arena in Copenhagen on 21-27. August 2023. HRH The Crown Prince becomes patron of the Badminton World Cup.
It is the fifth time in history that the Badminton World Cup is played in Denmark. In 2014, the best badminton players in the world competed for the WC gold in the Ballerup Super Arena, where the Crown Prince was also patron of the tournament.
Badminton Denmark is holding the Badminton WC 2023 in collaboration with the Municipality of Copenhagen, Sport Event Denmark and Wonderful Copenhagen.
