Despite winning the first away game 85-84, Gaziantep Basketball lost the home game by 16 points and said goodbye to the cup.
Gaziantep Basketball was effective with Mcintyre and Frankamp in the first period of the match. The visitors, on the other hand, countered with Moore and Sobin, outscoring the first period 18-14.
Starting the second period well, Anwil increased the lead to 18 points (23-41) in the 18th minute with successive baskets from both the painted area and outside shots. While Gaziantep Basketball was trying to dissolve the gap with the baskets it found in the next section, the guest team went ahead 43-33 in the locker room.
