After thrashing their debut, the Girls from Xerém return to the field this Wednesday (22/03), at 3 pm, for the second round of the Brazilian Women’s Under-20 Championship. The match against UDA-AL, in Laranjeiras, will be broadcast live on FluTV.
In their first match in the competition, Fluminense beat ESMAC-PA 9-0 with goals from Duda Batista (2), Sandy (2), Isa Rangel, Luiza Calazans and Duda Cerqueira. With the result, Tricolor took the lead alongside Botafogo. Sandy valued the victory in the debut and designed the rest of the first phase.
“We started well in the league and that’s important. Now it’s up to us to win the next games to move on to qualify for the second phase. We have to take advantage of the home game against UDA to add three more points”, said the striker.
The referee of the match will be André Rodrigo Rocha, assisted by Andrea Izaura Maffra Marcelino and Michele Cristina da Silva Rodrigues. The fourth official will be Alan Trindade da Silva.
