Damian Lillard’s season could end very soon

The Blazers’ season is very close to running out of steam. The Oregon team has fewer and fewer options to get into the play-in and the first to pay the consequences would be Damian Lillard.

As soon as the Blazers run out of ring options, the Blazers star, who has physical problems, would be out of the rotation immediately.

According to reports from the United States, Lillard has “five or six” games left before this happens. The Blazers’ season is not being the best, since the team is currently the thirteenth ranked in the Western Conference. If things don’t improve and even before he’s mathematical, the Blazers could bench Lillard, who is having one of the best seasons of his career, to boost his aspirations for a better draft pick and protect his star.

The seven-time All-Star is averaging over 32 points per game on an impressive 46.5% shooting from the field and close to 38% on 3-pointers. His offensive contribution is not limited to points, as Lillard averages more than 7 assists per game.
