CORIGLIANO-ROSSANO – Also this year Calabria will be the destination of major sporting events that will be held throughout the Calabrian territory. Events organized by National Sports Federations, Sports Promotion Bodies, Associated Sports Disciplines and individuals.
“Corigliano-Rossano – reads the note – will do its part with 6 major tourist-sports events with more than 10,000 appearances among athletes, technicians and companions. From March until the end of June many appointments; the disciplines involved will be Volleyball, Padel, Judo, Taekwondo, Swimming, Sports Dance, Youth Soccer, Basketball and Functional Training.
On March 26 we will start with the “Interregional Championship” of combat cadets A, Junior, Senior, by the Italian Taekwondo Federation FITA Calabria Committee at the Palaeventi; always in the same structure 12 -13-14 May, for the first time in our area, the “Trofeo Italia” beginners B in the discipline of Judo by the fijlkam Calabria Committeewill follow ASI Volleyball National Finals from 8 to 11 June which will take place on various sports facilities in our area.
In the same period the Asiadi will take place, an event now in its 23rd edition. The event will bring the national finals of swimming, padel, sport dance, functional training, indoor cycling, to the Itaca-Nausicaa tourist facility of Futura Vacanze.
Following from 15 to 18 June and from 23 to 25 June, the second edition of the Odyssey Cup and the third edition of the Acqua Park Top Cup 2023 organized by Andrea Paonessa and Francesco Lemma. There will be several accommodation facilities involved. In some, where the events will take place, work is already underway for the winter season. For the occasion, some representatives of the various sports institutions were invited in order to view and survey our territory on a national scale, also assessing the lack of sports facilities so as to open a technical table, both with public and private bodies.
