In addition to the successes of New York over Boston, Phoenix to Dallas and the LA Lakers against Golden State, several NBA regular season meetings were being played on Sunday. The Milwaukee Bucks, leaders of the Eastern Conference and best team of the season, won in Washington (117-111), with a triple-double from Giannis Antetokounmpo (23 points, 10 rebounds, 13 assists).
The Los Angeles Clippers, who remained on five consecutive losses, beat Memphis (135-129). Houston crushed San Antonio (142-110). Ousmane Dieng scored 12 points in Oklahoma City’s victory over Utah (129-119). Finally Tyrese Haliburton released Indiana against Chicago (125-122) with a superb three-point shot, seconds from the buzzer.
