Blood on the shooting range. Disgusting. Everyone was staring at me, annoys the Norwegian biathlete

The troubles of the 28-year-old native of Tromsö began already at the first shooting. The cameras did not miss the fact that during the shooting, blood came from her nose.

“It was a disgusting feeling, a foul taste in the mouth. I tried to spit it out. Nothing nice. In addition, you see people around staring at you,” Norka commented on her struggle with a bleeding nose for the newspaper Expressen.

“It came out of nowhere. I think it’s because it’s the end of the season and the body is tired. It is necessary to supplement the energy somehow,” she explained.

In addition to fatigue, he attributes the bleeding to the freezing weather prevailing in Östersund. “I don’t think I need to worry about that. Sometimes it happens to me when I’m tired or when I’m in top shape. But most often like this towards the end of the season,” she continued.

“She had problems with it in Nové Město as well. Dry air, which is also here, can have an effect on it. We will have a look at it. Bleeding from the nose is nothing unusual,” team doctor Ola Berger told NRK television.
