The Würzburg Baskets are back in the race for the PlayOff places in the Basketball Bundesliga. After two defeats in a row, they were able to score again on Friday evening.
The Baskets won 96:89 after extra time against Medi Bayreuth, bottom of the table. In the end, the decisive man was Captain Felix Hofmann, who brought victory with two important three-pointers and a roof and a bag.
Next weekend, the Baskets will be visiting the Rostock Seawolves, they are right behind the Würzburg team in the table.
