Badminton Unemployment League final 6 teams confirmed… Starting PO from April 2nd

The 6th round playoff (PO) team of the ‘2023 Korea Unemployment Passion Badminton League’, a domestic badminton unemployment league, has been confirmed.

According to the Korea Unemployed Badminton Federation on the 5th, the group stage was finished at the Pocheon General Gymnasium in Gyeonggi-do the day before.

Samsung Life Insurance (1st in Group A), KGC Ginseng Corporation (1st in Group B), MG Saemaul Geumgo (2nd in Group A), Hwasun-gun Office (2nd in Group B), Pocheon City Hall (3rd in Group A) Above), Yeongdong-gun Office (3rd place in Group B) was decided.

In the men’s division, Yonex (1st in Group A), Armed Forces Sports Corps (1st in Group B), MG Saemaul Geumgo (2nd in Group A), Samsung Life Insurance (2nd in Group B), Dangjin City Hall (3rd in Group A), Miryang City Hall (3rd place in Group B) advanced to the semifinals.

The semi-final matches will be played between the 2nd place team in Group A and the 3rd place team in Group B, and the 2nd place team in Group B and the 3rd place team in Group A, respectively, from April 2nd to 9th.

The first-place team in each group advances directly to the quarterfinals.

12 men’s and 9 women’s teams participated in the badminton business league, which opened on the 17th of last month in the second season of this year.

National team veterans Lee Yong-dae (35, Yonex), Son Wan-ho (35, Miryang City Hall), current national team members Ahn Se-young (21), Kim Hye-jung (25, Samsung Life Insurance), Jung Na-eun (23, Hwasun-gun Office), and Choi Sol-gyu (28) ), and Seo Seung-jae (26, Army Sports Corps) and others fought fiercely.

This tournament, which is held as a team event, will be played in the order of 1 doubles match, 1 singles match, 2 doubles matches, and 2 or 3 singles matches.
