And whether there is still Belgian talent! Wesley Sonck’s U18 book a nice victory again, talents from Ghent, Lens and KVM score

New young talent is emerging in the Red Devils and there is still a lot of potential in Wesley Sonck’s U18. His team has had a strong tournament.

Wesley Sonck played a friendly tournament in Croatia with his selection this week. That started with a division of points with Switzerland (2-2), but then followed a strong victory against England (3-0). The third part of this tournament was a meeting with the host country.

The young Croats also suffered the same fate as the English. Matias Fernandez Pardo (Ghent II) put the Belgians on the right track. Ayanda Sishuba, who plays in a club for the B-squad of the French Lens, then made his second goal of the tournament. Frederic Soelle Soelle (KV Mechelen) finished it off with the 0-3.

With a draw and two convincing victories, it has been a great week for our U18. That includes a happy photo. Wesley Sonck saw that it was good.
