Freelancer for Tayler Persons this fall in Chalon-sur-Saône, Galen Robinson (25 years old) had quickly seduced at the Colosseum (9.6 points at 49% and 4 assists in 9 Pro B games), and even practically launched the Elan season. So much so that he had taken the keys to his car and his apartment to the United States during the winter break, so convinced of being kept by the Burgundian club. But Chalon had finally given a second chance to Persons, untapped, and has now replaced him with Antonio Jordano, who has struggled just as much to convince since his arrival (6.7 points at 27% and 2 rating in 3 games) .
Far from all these considerations, Galen Robinson has become a basketball player again. More than two months after his last Pro B appearance, the Houston native resurfaced in the G-League, where he played four minutes for Sioux Falls Skyforce on Thursday. Almost a homecoming for him since he intermittently defended the colors of the Austin Spurs between 2019 and 2022.
