Adecco Outsourcing is looking for more than 400 people to work at the Mutua Madrid Open 2023

Adecco Outsourcing, the Adecco Group’s process and service outsourcing division and official Human Resources provider for the Mutua Madrid Open, is looking for more than 400 people to work for this year’s tournament, which will be held between April 24 and May 7 at La Caja Mágica in Madrid.

Thus, the company will select 400 access control assistants, whose main mission in the ATP and WTA sporting event will be to serve the public at the access controls to the venue, checking their tickets and accreditations, allowing the authorized public to enter the event. In addition, they will be in charge of guiding the attendees in their experience through the venue.

On the other hand, 25 VIP hostesses are also being sought whose responsibility will be to serve the most exclusive clients who will attend this event, both national and international. All the selected profiles will have the support of a team of coordinators who will help them in everything they need to carry out their work in an excellent way.

It will be necessary for the candidates to have full availability for the dates on which the Mutua Madrid Open will take place, from April 24 to May 7, in the morning or afternoon shift in the case of assistants and full time for VIP hostesses.

In addition, previous experience in customer service, responsibility, commitment and enthusiasm for working in the event will be valued. For VIP hostess positions, it is also required to have a B2 in English and previous experience serving VIP clients and/or as an image hostess.
