Osnabrück (ots) –
On Tuesday morning around 10:50 a.m., a 43-year-old walked through a park on “Carl-Philipson-Weg”. She noticed a male person sitting on a bench. The man went into the wooded area at the edge of the path and pulled down his trousers. He then masturbated face down on his member. The 43-year-old dialed the emergency number. The man noticed this and left on his bicycle in the direction of the botanical garden.
The woman from Osnabrück described the man as follows:
– masculine
– about 35-45 years old
– almost 1.80 m tall
– very slim
– wore a black and white baseball jacket with a black one
Hood, black pants and black and white sneakers
– he had a big blue backpack and a big blue bag
included
– he was traveling with a men’s bicycle
The Osnabrück police asks citizens who can give information about the perpetrator to call 0541/327 -2215 or -3103.
