The embassy in Bangladesh organizes the basketball game of the “Ambassador Cup” series of sports competitions

On the afternoon of February 25, 2023, the embassy in Bangladesh organized the basketball game of the “Ambassador Cup” series of sports competitions, and invited some employees of China Civil Engineering Group and China Power Construction Group in Bangladesh to participate. Ambassador Yao Wen delivered a speech before the game, encouraging everyone to show their level and style, carry forward sportsmanship, respect referees’ judgments, enhance friendship, and pay attention to safety. He hoped that through the game, the staff of the embassy in Bangladesh and the employees of Chinese-funded enterprises in Bangladesh will be positive mental outlook. Players from both sides participated enthusiastically, the scene was tense and lively, and highlights continued to emerge. The audience outside the venue cheered loudly, and the atmosphere was warm and cheerful.

This competition not only enriched the life of our librarians stationed abroad, exercised their bodies, but also strengthened their unity and boosted their morale. At the same time, the friendly exchanges between the embassy and Chinese-funded enterprises in Bangladesh will be enhanced through the form of golf clubs.
