The first lesson of the second edition of the self-defence/judo course will take place on Saturday 4 February 2023 at 20.30 by the Masters of ASD Olympic JUDO Forio. “After the success of the first edition, the municipal administration has decided to propose, also this year, the self-defence/judo course aimed at women, thanks to the synergy with the Asd Olympic Judo Forio – declares the councilor Gianna Galasso – a very important course, totally free, which also provides ample tools for building a strong and aware “self”.
