Dennis Novak had to give up in the quarterfinals of the ATP Challenger in Vilnius on Friday. Austria’s Davis Cup player was clearly on course for victory against Damir Dzumhur from Bosnia-Herzegovina before he stopped the match. Novak led 6-2 and after a break to zero 4-2, after two opportunities to make it 5-2 he conceded the rebreak and stopped the game at 4-4. Nothing was known about the injury itself.
