NBA: Atlanta and Capela get their biggest success of the season – rts.ch

Atlanta celebrated its biggest NBA success of the season. Clint Capela’s Hawks beat the Suns by 32 points (132-100) in Phoenix, where they never trailed.

Beaten 4 times in its 4 previous outings, Atlanta could even have won even more clearly against a team deprived of Devin Booker. Led by their backs Dejounte Murray (21 points) and Trae Young (20 points), the Hawks were up to 42 lengths ahead with 6’01” from the end of this game (122-79).

The Georgian franchise, which once again has a balanced record (26 wins for 26 losses), made the difference thanks to a rediscovered address: 57.1% shooting success, and even 57.6% at 3 points (19/ 33) with a 4/7 in this exercise for Murray and for Bogdan Bogdanovic (18 points coming off the bench).

Clint Capela did not necessarily take part in this long-distance shooting festival. But the Geneva pivot did his job, even if he did not sign his traditional double double. He finished this game with 9 points and 10 rebounds to his credit, with playing time limited to 22′, for a differential of +17.
