Judoka Nils Stump wins the Tel Aviv Grand Slam tournament in the 73 kg class.
The 25-year-old from Zurich was the first Swiss to win a judo tournament at this level in Abu Dhabi last October and is now doubling in Israel. In the final he managed his fifth victory of the day against the German veteran Igor Wandtke.
Stump missed the Tokyo 2021 Summer Games with a shoulder injury. Now he wants to fulfill his dream of an Olympic medal in Paris in 2024.
