– Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 February the JUN/SEN Grand Prix and the 34th INTERNATIONAL CADETS (born 2008-2007-2006) and BEGINNERS B (2010-2009) TROPHY took place in the splendid Zoppas Arena building in Conegliano Veneto

For the Grand Prix Jun / Sen, the medals do not arrive for them, Braconi Daniele kg. 73 first year junior, he doesn’t disfigure with the more experienced, he doesn’t bring home the victory but he’s doing a good job; while Riccardo Verdecchia kg.60 starts well, wins the first match, in the second we don’t comment on the match managed improperly by the referees, he loses it and is not fished out; Priscilla Quattrini kg. 57 she wins the first match, in the second in counter technique she suffers a sprained foot and loses, she tries to have the recovery match but her pain does not allow her to continue.

The 34th edition of the Vittorio Veneto Trophy took place on Sunday 19 February, an excellent test for cadets and B rookies, our 6 participants win 3 medals and others arrive very close to the podium, in the U18 category Giuliodori Mattia kg. 50 wins the category by conquering the first place with 4 victories out of 14 participants, in the U15 category D’Andreis Luca kg. 66 wins 4 matches conquering the first place with 18 participants, medal also in the U18 for Buda Daniel kg. 46 is placed in 3rd place with 3 wins and 1 defeat out of 10 participants, in the U18s Massimo Teoli kg. 60 wins 4 fights and loses 2 he places 5th out of 48 athletes, also Matteo Nitrati kg. 73 in the U18 wins 4 matches and loses 2, placing 7th out of 41 participants; always in the U18 Coltrinari Pietro kg. 55 wins 2 matches and loses 1, suffers a lever and we prefer not to let him continue in view of the next commitments, in the U15 Staffolani Erika kg.52 loses 2 matches in his first important match, but the goal was to gain experience and understand the way to go through.

The technicians who accompanied the Sakura athletes: Tiziana Lazzari, Frontalini Alessio, Quattrini Priscilla and Franciosa Beniamino were very satisfied with the results obtained by the whole participating team.
