Required profile :

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (management, monitoring, production planning)
Ideally experience in the production of shoes or leather goods/textiles
At ease on the field and appetite for technique (manufacturing)
At ease in a small structure (versatility, rigor and solution posture)
A real plus: Professional English (read, written, spoken)

Job activities:

• Directly attached to the Management, you create the function of Production Manager and take responsibility for the product manufacturing activity.
• You ensure the management of production on a daily basis: planning and monitoring, support for the subcontractor, management of contingencies and emergencies, prioritization
• You are the guarantor of the continuous improvement of production: identification of malfunctions, proposal of solutions and the associated action plan
• You manage the supplies and stocks of raw materials on site to detect any discrepancies and resolve them if necessary
• You drive and follow prototypes and special productions
• You are in contact with the Management to ensure a reporting on your function (indicators, follow-up of the production.)
