As part of its development and the implementation of its “Horizon 2025” project, Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc Handball is looking for its future Ticketing & Boutique Assistant.

For more than 25 years, Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc has been evolving at the highest national level. With 19 European campaigns and a recognized presence of its players and staff in national selections, the club also shines internationally.

Under the responsibility of the Marketing & Communication Director, you will participate in the development of Chambéry Savoie Mont Blanc and help the club achieve its objectives.

MAIN MISSIONS :

• Respond to customer requests (phone, email),
• Assistance in setting up ticketing and CRM software,
• Edition of match tickets and order management,
• Assistance in the management of invoicing and collection of the ticket office and shop
• Assistance in setting up D-Day ticketing systems,
• Ensures the smooth running of club events and projects,
• Sale of tickets on a match-by-match basis to “Groups” and the B2C public,
• Management of a portfolio of customers, prospecting, loyalty…
• Commercial animation of the club’s shop and e-shop,
• Shop stock management, sending shop orders and after-sales service,
• Participation in marketing campaigns,
• Help with the organization of matches, the organization of ticketing and the match night shop,
• Monitoring sports marketing news and industry trends.

YOUR PROFILE

• Student BAC +3 / BAC +4 or BAC +5
• Have an attraction for sports marketing professions
• Be autonomous, responsive and rigorous
• Be proactive and creative
• Have relational ease and a sense of contact

ORGANISATION ET INFORMATION

Internship of 4 to 6 months
Remuneration: according to agreement
Starting position: as soon as possible
Be present 5 days a week + game nights + group events (B2B & B2C)
Hours: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. | 2:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Travel: Chambery
