He is skeptical about the new role of sports coordinator to Sky: “Steffen Hofmann was so important for SK Rapid Vienna. I just don’t know if he’s really done himself any good now. Maybe the difficulties aren’t quite over yet, I don’t know, maybe things will still rumble a little until you have the clear structures and clear lines.”
Bickel also thinks: “I think he’s more important for the club, whether it’s right for him. I hope for him that he doesn’t feel burned out or burned out.”

The contract negotiations with Niklas Hedl are still high on the agenda: “He is a player who has been with the club for a long time. We’ve always believed in him over the years. The “football god” also commented on Rapid’s sporting orientation: “We want to go our own way. The way is very easy.
