“The boy with the red tennis shoes brings a ring and a skull-woven bracelet,” is the message that the Luz de Esperanza collective published on its social networks about the belongings of one of the bodies found in a grave located in The Sentinel, in Zapopan, where mothers continue to search for missing persons.
Last Friday morning, the same group reported the location of human remains in Colonia Vistas del Valle, in Tlajomulco. Later, at noon they detected another clandestine grave in the El Centinela neighborhood, where they assured that six bones had been exhumed.
Last Thursday, the Jalisco Prosecutor’s Office announced that experts from the Jalisco Institute of Forensic Sciences (IJCF) have found around 30 bodies in two clandestine graves located near the town of San Isidro Mazatepec, in Tlajomulco. The prosecutor, Luis Joaquin MendezHe explained that they will continue to search for more bodies and evidence in the area.
