CASTELLAMONTE – Unity is strength. Collaboration in some categories began this year between the baseball companies Redclay and Kings, both from Castellamonte. The goal of the two clubs is to expand the basin to the entire Canavese area by joining efforts and intentions.
The name chosen for this partnership is Canavese Academy. SI will start in the league with a new under-15 softball team and an under-15 baseball team. On Saturday 25 February 2023, some Canavese girls participated in the clinic for pitchers and catchers organized in Avigliana, which saw the participation of the two national softball champions Greta Cecchetti and Marta Gasparotto.
The under 15 softball team will be coached by Emanuela Iannone and Silvia Biasio, while the under 15 baseball team will be coached by Vittorio Besso and Alessandro Scaringella. The coaches will be helped by the other technicians of the two companies.
