The Geneva Lions won their second success of the week in SBL on Saturday. Winners of Swiss Central on Tuesday, coach Alain Attallah’s men won 90-72 in Nyon. They therefore remain firmly established in 4th place in the standings.

Dominating under the panels (42 rebounds captured, against 23 for their opponents), the Genevans were also able to count on a Jeremiah Paige in great shape. The point guard had 34 points (with a 5/8 3-pointer), 7 rebounds, 4 steals, 2 assists and 1 block at Le Rocher.
Sixth, Monthey-Chablais for its part put an end to a series of two defeats by dominating Boncourt 86-65 at Reposieux. Jaizec Lottie (20 points, 4 assists, 4 steals) and Markel Humphrey (15 points, 11 rebounds) shone against the Jurassians, who remain glued to 10th and penultimate rank tied with Nyon.
