After winning three bronze medals in the individual regional championships with Laetitia de Souza, Alrick Fournet-Fayard and Eddy.Nunes, the adults of the Montceau club in a team of 4 archers took part this Sunday, February 26, in the departmental championship 71 in Autun.
From the classification shot, the two teams, women’s and men’s, were well ahead of their category.
Then after 5 group matches, where the women gave their opponents no chance by winning all the phases, they appropriated the 2023 title. (Laetitia Balthazard, Sylvie Rave, Laetitia de Souza and Marine Guérin made up the crew).
Among the men, 6 matches and 6 victories gave them the 2023 title. (Alrick Fournet-Fayard, Eddy Nunes, Kevin Desvignes and Evann Collaud).
Their next step is in Saint Appolinaire for the mixed regional teams of 2 archers on March 12.
