Last year, the initiative dedicated to Valentine’s Day was very popular. Hence the decision to replicate, with a new formula full of activities that led the public on a path linked to Love, seen from different art perspectives.
Hence, on Saturday, Piazza Matteotti hosted “Tolfa in Love”: high-level artistic performances that warmed up those present, together with the large heart-shaped bonfire.
Various and exciting moments with the corps de ballet of Marilena Ravaioli’s Balletto Artistic Center, from the opening to the final aerial dance and then the enthralling singing performance by Alexandru and Arianna Tiba.
Pleasant and festive atmosphere that created by the stands set up: Valentina Mariani and Le delizie Infinite with crepes, cotton candy cocktails and sweets, Roberta Sfascia di Bel Fiore with her floral creations and lanterns, Creazioni Vannicola with gadgets for lovers, Proloco Tolfa and the MAeS with the elixir of love.
In the afternoon, the cultural association Tiaso Teatro staged a contemporary interpretation of the classic film “When Harry met Sally”. Then there was the exciting tango of the masters Antonello Casalini and Giulia Bucelli.
As evening fell, the splendid Black Service lighting scenography framed the interpretation of the balcony scene from “Romeo and Juliet”, by the Excalibur Theater Company.
Many points of interest: the bench of the kiss; the prince and the frog; the book of love responses and the archery station managed by the Magician’s Archers Association, who organized a mini-tournament full of games. The winning couple will receive a dinner for two at the Loggetta.
The evening concluded with the launch of aerostatic globes, each of which dedicated to a theme of love. The public participated with the launch of their lanterns.
In short, Saturday’s afternoon was intense and full of emotions for Tolfa, signed by the newly established association MAeS.
