AltkreisBlitz: Regionsrandori in Hänigsen

This Sunday, February 19, 2023, a regional randori took place for the first time in the Hänigser sports hall. The organizer was the Judoregion Hannover. Around 40 judoka between the ages of 9 and 13 from the Hanover region practiced in Misburg in preparation for the district championships at the beginning of March.

The Hänigser judoka learned new techniques in a one-and-a-half-hour throwing training course and in a one-and-a-half-hour ground training course. With these exercises you are now well prepared for the next judo competitions.

The Regionsrandori was led by Daniel, Kathi and Jörg, who also support the training at the Olympic training center in Hanover. The Hänigser judoka were enthusiastic and happy that the training took place in Hänigsen.
