The “Príncipe de Asturias” sociocultural center, in Santiago de la Ribera, hosted this Thursday the delivery of the San Javier 2022 Sports Awards, which had one of the players from Hozono Global Jairis among the protagonists. We are referring to Alejandra Sánchez, who would receive the distinction of Best Female Athlete last year, after being a key player in the promotion of the sewer club to the Endesa Women’s League, also becoming the first woman from San Javier to debut in the highest category of Spanish women’s basketball .
The award was collected by her mother, Ángeles Dávila, due to the impossibility of having the player, since she has been on loan at Celta Zorka Recalvi, from Liga Femenina Challenge, since last January.
