For Aguada they played Facundo Medina, Theo Metzger, Leandro Cerminato, Juan Santiso, Agustín Zuvich and Luciano Planells as well as the American Anthony Young. Nahuel Lemos, Lithuanian Zygimantas Riauka and Americans Le’Bryan Nash and Donald Robinson did it for Urupan.
Mateo Sarni was present but as he is part of the Uruguay squad he is not playing.
Federico Soto is recovering from a tear and other players like Fernando Martínez and Hernando Cáceres had been licensed for a few days. Urupan brought some youth players to complete the squad.
The team was co-directed by Germán Cortizas and Esteban Yaquinta, technicians from Aguada and Urupan, respectively.
Aguada, who will be 101 years old on Monday of next week, and Urupan, who will celebrate his centenary on January 30, 2024, wore white shirts, with the models of their clubs.
