The National Commission is made up of eleven national federations: cycling, swimming, winter sports, table tennis, badminton, triathlon, sports for the deaf, sports for people with physical disabilities, sports for people with intellectual disabilities, sports for people with cerebral palsy and brain damage acquired and sports for the blind.

In addition It is made up of two autonomous communities through their General Directorates of Sport: Extremadura and Region of Murcia; the Sanitas Foundation and the Spanish Paralympic Committee, which together with ADESP will lead the working group.
