In the NBA, the Philadelphia 76ers defeated the LA Lakers 113-112.

In the breathtaking final episode, the Lakers responded to Joel Embiid’s middle distance with Troy Brown Jr.’s three pointer with 37 seconds left. The Lakers took the last offense when Embiid missed a one-on-one against Russell Westbrook. The Lakers, who did not take a time-out, had the ball in Westbrook, but the home team, who could not find a shot, left the field with a defeat.

With 35 points, LeBron James became the second player in NBA history to score 38,000, after Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. James also had 8 rebounds and 10 assists while Westbrook had a triple-double with 20 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists.

In the Sixers, Joel Embiid had 35 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists, while James Harden led the way with 24 points, 7 rebounds and 13 assists. While Tyrese Maxey came off the bench and scored 16 points, our national player Furkan Korkmaz did not take time.
