6:35 late Thursday. More than 3:00 this Friday. The heavy rains that fell on Dubai almost got the better of the second Rolex Series of the season. But the organization of the tournament decided otherwise. No discount on three laps as is often the case when the weather gets tangled up.
While the 2nd round of Hero Dubaï Desert Classic has just started, we will play until Monday in the Emirate. Either on 72 holes. The proximity of the next tournament, the Ras Al Khaimah Championship (February 2-5), just an hour’s drive from Dubai, certainly made things easier.
We will therefore complete the 2nd round this Saturday before continuing the next day with the 3rd round. The tournament will end for a final round on Monday on theEmirates Golf Club !
The Hero Dubai Desert Classic will be played over 72 holes, concluding on Monday.
