At the Au Plaisir des Rencontres club, a good habit has been launched by the office of the association chaired by Claudette Picard, who declares: “Every six months, we celebrate birthdays!”.
This was the case on Tuesday, January 17, all members, and in particular those born between July and December, were invited to come and share a moment of good humor and delicacies.
On the program: board games followed from 4 p.m. by a hearty snack. Twenty-three birthdays were therefore celebrated at one time, twenty for the ladies and three for the gentlemen. The former each received a rose and the gentlemen a bottle of wine.
The association Au Plaisir des Rencontres is open to all, it offers “le bla bla café” every Tuesday from 2 p.m., a friendly moment to exchange and play belote or other board games, on Thursday at 10 a.m., gentle gymnastics in the Gravisse judo room and every fortnight a lotto on Friday afternoon. The next one will take place this Friday, January 27 at 2 p.m. The members of the association meet in their premises, in the foyer of Autumn, near the cinema.
