The Essa de Saint-Avé judo club has obtained good results in the Morbihan championship. As a cadet, Jade Heurtin won the title in – 55 kg. Ilan Santini finished sixth. In minimal, in – 38 kg, Enzo Gougaud won the Morbihan champion title. Edith Simon finished second in – 63 kg, just like Enola Guichard in less than 44 kg. All are selected for the Brittany championship on February 5 in Saint-Brieuc for the minims, and on March 12 in Ploërmel for the cadets.
Adapted judo is also making waves with the fine performances of Gwenn Fontannini in the – 90 kg category and Catherine Lorieux in + 78 kg. The two judokas will participate in the interregional championship to be held on February 4 in Angers, in order to prepare for the French championship adapted to Dole in the Jura from April 14 to 16.
