Six Spartans Announces Ale Sagaz as Football and Flag Football Head Coach

In a year that promises to be very different from 2022, Six Spartans continues to release a series of news. The newest of them is that Ale Sagaz will be the head coach of the team and will command the men’s teams of football e flag football.

The coach was champion of the SPFL Gold Series and the Picsix Cup for the Scelta Guardians – both titles in 2019, the team he commanded until last season. He also has passages through the São Paulo Storm, where he won the São Paulo championship in 2015.

In contact with Valinor Content/Lance!, Ale Sagaz spoke about what he projects for the season and the challenge of managing a team as traditional as the Six Spartans.

– Clearly, the Six Spartantans will be a big challenge (in my career). But I also managed a traditional team, which was São Paulo Storm, in 2015, still with little experience, and we beat Paulista – he said.

– After the Guardians, which was a work from scratch and with good achievements, I feel confident to start this season, because I know that we have a competent board, great athletes and a technical commission of great quality. I’m ready for the challenge and I’m very grateful for the Six Spartans invitation – he added.

Ale Sagaz points out that the season will be a lot of work and hopes to help the Six Spartans to return to the winning path.

– I usually answer about game expectations during the pre-season. Of course we want to win, but this is something that takes time and everyone’s dedication. We need everyone engaged and on the same page, because, in the end, it is the players who win the games – he stressed.

– This week I am familiarizing myself with the club and the squad. We’ve already scheduled some meetings and I’m really looking forward to working with big names in the MANUFACTURER. I want to learn a lot from them and help build a successful program,” he concluded.

In the other positions of the coaching staff, the Six Spartans remain with offensive coordinator Douglas Silverio and defensive coordinator Igor Ribeiro. But the team should have some news in the team of coaches announced in the coming days.

In recent days, Six Spartans announced major reinforcements, with highlights for the quarterback Ramon ‘Mamão’ Martire it’s the wide receiver Victor Hugo ‘Mega’.
