In the Dojo of the Kodokan Verona since 1984 the values of ancient Judo have been taught which are:

Our lessons
The lessons are held inside the Maritati gym in via Pigafetta 17 in Verona. The gym is equipped with a fixed 19 x 10 meter tatami, and has changing rooms with showers.

Our Amateur Sports Association was founded in 1984, with the corporate name “Judo Libertas Verona” and was initially associated only with the Promotional Body «CNS Libertas». In 1991, the company name was changed to «KODODAN RELEASES VERONA», also joining the Italian Fight Federation in the same year Weights and Judo «F.I.L.P.J», currently transformed into «F.I.J.L.K.A.M» (Italian Judo Federation, Wrestling, Karate, Martial Arts). Since its establishment, the Technical Director and current President is the Meritorious Master Flavio Poccobelli, founding member of the association
