Sacramento Kings vs. Memphis Grizzlies: Morant shines at home to give Grizzlies victory over Kings

Ggreat performance of I Morant at the FedEx Forum; harvesting 35 points and propelling that The Memphis Grizzlies will tie their third victory, this time by 118-108 against the Sacramento Kings, in Sunday night activity at the NBA.

Dillon Brooks had 15 points for Memphis, while Jaren Jackson Jr. finished with 14. and three blocked shots as the Grizzlies tied for their third win. Morant also had eight rebounds and five assists. Jones had eight assists and Steven Adams tied his career high for rebounds with 23.

De’Aaron Fox led the Kings with 19 points, while Malik Monk chipped in 18, providing a spark for Sacramento coming off the bench. Domantas Sabonis matched Monk’s 18 points and grabbed 14 rebounds.

In a very even first half, the Kings starters suffered from poor shooting. Only Sabonis had a good shooting percentage with 14 points, a product of 6 of 10. But Monk provided the energy off the bench with 12 points.

Morant led the Grizzlies with 18 points that were reflected in a 59-58 lead at halftime.
