Roy Sylvain Bayart cuts all suspense short

Back at the cradle, each of the archers prepared for the shots, the Roy 2022, Patrick Bossin having the honor of shooting the very first arrow in the direction of the bird to be shot.

This little game may be limited to this first arrow of the outgoing Roy but may just as well require several rounds before the Roy of the year is crowned.

For this 2023 edition, after the reigning Arrow du Roy, the first shooter, Sylvain Bayart cut short all suspense by shooting down the bird with the very first shot. The Roy 2023 shooting was already over!

All the archers could store their equipment and it only remained for the new Roy to designate his commander. He will not look very far by designating the Roy 2022, Patrick Bossin.

Note that for Sylvain Bayart, this is not his first crown. But will he be able to repeat the feat in 2024 and 2025 to line up 3 consecutive victories and then become emperor for life?
