After the themes of happiness, justice, art and beauty, the next topic Thursday January 5 will be that of the truth: whether it is naked or made up, revealed too soon or too late, whether it comes out of the mouths of children or of adults to erase pious lies, the truth can be multiple, but also unique . Should we always tell the truth? When is a nice lie better than a bad truth? Is there a truth or truths? The network of digital inclusion in Haute-Vienne organizes Thursday, January 19 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. a webinar with La Poste on the theme “Digital identity – Digital safe”, an information session that can be useful in particular to people accompanying people on certain online procedures and in their use of digital tools. Note that since the beginning of December 2022, a new mutual aid and exchange tool is offered to mediators, advisers, digital assistants in Haute-Vienne who support residents in their discovery and use of digital technology. This is a server on the free Discord app intended to facilitate, at the departmental level, the sharing of resources and experiences, requests for “helping hands”, mutual knowledge between structures, orientation of the public, the development of common projects, etc.

offers people over 50 Operation Les Printemps
sporty which is divided into two periods: indoors from January 23 to 31
March and outdoors from April 24 to June 23.
The Printemps Sportifs allow people over 50 (not licensed in the
chosen discipline) to practice one or more physical activities adapted
at their fitness level in a friendly atmosphere for eight sessions
(2 activities maximum per period). Participants are supervised by
qualified sports educators who respect everyone’s rhythms.
Participants will have the choice among many indoor activities: zumba,
track cycling, padel, aquaphobia, balance, indoor climbing, avifit-rowing
fitness, scuba diving, yoga, boules lyonnaises, bowling, soft gym,
chess and memory, archery, badminton, muscu-fitness, golf, workshop
stretching for prevention-maintenance-recovery, table tennis. Outside :
aquagym, yoga, cycling workshop, petanque, stand up paddle, gentle walking, rowing, padel, walking football, gliding, clay tennis, golf, hiking, canoeing.
