The Vicas men’s cadet D4 club, led by Carlos Castro and William Boulé from Le Boisé high school, participated in its first tournament this year. The team came back with a perfect record of four wins and the banner of champions.
The matches were very tight. Three of the four duels ended with less than 10 points. The Vicas won the grand final 63-57 against the Seigneuries de Québec. The Reds had previously beaten Collège Lévis 43-39 in the semi-finals.
Throughout the tournament, the Vicas players played with great intensity and executed excellent passing games. All players wanted to go get the banner. It was a great team victory.
