Mayet. Resumption of judo lessons on Monday evening

For this beginning of the year, a new judo section has just been launched by the MJC. Lessons take place on Mondays at the gymnasium: children’s judo, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., from 4 to 7 years old and from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., from 8 to 14 years old. Adult judo lessons, from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., from 14 years old. We also have a taïso class, Japanese gymnastics for adult physical maintenance from 16 years old, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. All these classes take place in the gymnasium dojo, avenue Max-Boyer, near the college says Guillaume Moyer, supervisor.

In adult judo, a group made up of four athletes asks to be expanded by former practitioners who would do a sporting recovery gently or of course by judokas boys and girls beginners, from 14 years old. The courses would thus gain in variety and would make it possible to prepare in good conditions for obtaining the various grades up to the black belt. All of these courses can accommodate newcomers.

We therefore invite many of you to contact the MJC de Mayet, or to come directly to the course that concerns you. A free trial session is offered for those interested throughout the month of January.
