Luis Arraez heads to Florida

Star infielder Luis Arraez was traded from the Minnesota Twins to the Miami Marlins for pitcher Pablo Lopez and prospects on Friday.

The 25-year-old Arraez was invited to the 2022 Major League Baseball All-Star Game, in addition to finishing 13th in the All-American MVP ballot. He finished the season with a .316 batting average, eight home runs and 49 RBIs.
