The Labastide-Saint-Sernin judo school, which celebrated its 50th anniversary last May, offers judo lessons for children and teenagers, Taïso, self-defense and Jujitsu for teenagers/adults.
Every Monday at the Labastide village hall, Taïso / self-defense training from 8:15 p.m. to 9:15 p.m., and every Wednesday Taïso / Jujitsu from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the dojo 20 rue Le Not.
For the first time, the judo school is organizing a discovery course for these different disciplines which complement each other over the course of a morning. It will take place on Sunday January 15 at 9:30 a.m. at 20 rue le Not where the club will welcome amateurs for a moment of sharing and conviviality for this free course without registration.
