More than 600 starters fought for medals at the international judo tournament in Jena, Germany. The judokas of the JZ Rapso achieved seven podium places.
The Alkovener Florian Haim was at the top of the podium in the U13 age group. Johanna Schwab (U13) and Abdul Zakajev (U18) fought for second place. Elias Holzner (U11), Elena Huemer (U13), Jakob Haim (U15) and Niklas Schalk (U18) each took bronze.
Coach Günther Brandtner was justifiably proud of the achievements of his protégés.
