Job Offer: Junior Salesperson – Kiplink Event

WHO ARE WE ?

Kiplink Event is a sports event agency that supports its clients in the organization and development of their sporting events.

We intervene in 2 ways:

– With organizers of running events who wish to benefit from expertise and support (Vredestein 20km de Paris, Maif Ekiden de Paris, Marathon Eiffage de Dakar, Spartan Race, Treg);
– With companies that want to set up team building activities to motivate and strengthen ties between employees.

YOUR MISSIONS:

Join the Kiplink Event agency as a Commercial Junior. Under the responsibility of the Sales Manager, you will be in charge of the commercial development and the follow-up of the events of the Team Building pole intended for companies.

– Assist in the development of commercial offers and the commercial prospecting strategy.
– Market the agency’s products with the management of a client portfolio: identification of prospects, search for contacts, prospecting, client meetings, commercial proposals and contractualisation.
– Ensure the correct entry of the commercial management tool (new contacts, customer meetings, finalized sales, etc.).
– Manage the registrations of groups of runners during major events (use of the registration platform, monitoring of customer relations)
– Ensure the implementation of events in relation to the various departments (marketing, communication, logistics).
– Research, select and coordinate different service providers before and during events.
– Manage the services ordered by customers in relation to the various service providers (personalized goodies, deliveries, etc.).
– Ensure compliance with the budget for each event.
– Manage customer invoicing and collection in the event of non-payment.
– Ensure the report of each event (internal reporting and for the client).
– Ensure that the communication intended for the target customers is well implemented in conjunction with the communication officer (social networks, newsletters, website, etc.).

SKILLS REQUIRED:

– Mastery of commercial techniques (prospecting, negotiation, loyalty)
– Excellent writing skills
– Good knowledge of the Office Pack
– A first experience in a similar position is a plus
– Knowledge of the team building business is a plus
– Permis B

PRACTICAL INFORMATION:

Type of contract: CDI
Availability: as soon as possible
Remuneration: 26k-28k annual gross according to profile + variable
Workplace: Arcueil (94) – 10 minutes walk from Barbara (M 4) and Laplace (RER B) stations
